At PicassoTiles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your new attire isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in pristine condition during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
